ONE MILLION bonus for boss of ATOS Sickness benefits test company on £100 MILLION A YEAR ConDem mission ‘to cull’ claimants figures

In the wake of an earlier report revealing the deaths of over ONE THOUSAND PEOPLE as a direct result of ‘reforms’ to benefits payouts ordered by the Conservative Liberal-Democrat Coalition Government in Westminster, it has been revealed the Chief Executive of ATOS Healthcare, the firm put in charge of assessing the disabled & long term sick under a £100 million a year contract from the Tories, has been given a ONE MILLION POUND BONUS.

Scotland’s Sunday Mail reports :

Fury over £1m bonus for chief exec of controversial Sickness benefit test company

Fury over £1m bonus for chief exec of controversial Sickness benefit test company

Jun 17 2012 Sunday Mail

THE private firm behind controversial sickness benefit tests have been slammed for awarding their chief executive almost £1million in bonus payments. International company Atos are contracted to reassess people claiming sickness and disability benefits.

Heart attack and lung-disease victims are among those the firm have assessed as being well enough to look for jobs.

According to Atos’ annual report, chairman and chief executive Thierry Breton received £1.95million in 2011. Half the amount was his salary and the other half was a bonus. He received £1.83million the previous year.

Rutherglen and Hamilton West Labour MP Tom Greatrex said: “People will find it hard to believe that the boss of Atos sees fit to reward himself with millions in bonuses, while thousands of sick and disabled people in Scotland suffer. It will sicken those who have been through the Atos process to hear the company crow about their expertise in healthcare. Thousands of people have suffered because, time and again, incorrect decisions have been made on the back ofAtos assessments.”

Atos declined to comment on Breton’s bonus.

Ever heard of 'blood money'?

Rutherglen and Hamilton West Labour MP Tom Greatrex is correct. Here we have a situation where the medical profession are influenced by money rather than the clinical needs of individuals. Whether Cameron Clegg and Grayling like it or not we are not all born equal and they know that. Oh I am not denying there are free riders out there but this is the problem. Their policy is a blanket one and we see what happens at the Law Society when access to justice means a Master Policy Payout, it never happens. These doctors are the same as lawyers in thay give them a big enough bonus and they would send those with potentially fatal illnesses back to work.

Cameron's policies are to some based on entitlement theory of Robert Nozick where he argued redistributive taxation was like forced labour. If I am a Surveyor and the government tax me at 25% ten hours of my forty hours per week are spent working for others. He argued this also interfered with my liberty because those ten hours I could be on the golf course. Here we have financial reward for the boss of a private company where doctors are deciding to send people back to work before they actually examine them.

Cameron is taking us back to the era of the workhouse, I wonder how far he would go if he controlled a totallitarian state. And before anyone thinks I am supporting the lazy, you are wrong. Any of us could have a stroke tomorrow and need an economic safety net. People who are genuinly ill need looking after. The Nazi's got rid of children who were sick. What they did was change an economic problem in that they regarded those children as useless feeders, [a burden on the state] to a medical problem so killing them was doing them a favour. Shocking, and I wonder if these private companies would do this if they could?

Cameron and his henchmen do not live in the real world, and if he took Nozick's entitlement theory to the limit, there would be no benefits anyway, only a police force and military.

This is what happens when you dangle money in front of doctors. In America they refuse life saving treatment to patients because the doctors insurers would be paying for the operation.

This profession many who believe in eugenics are pure bastards. I pity any member of the public who has to go in front of them. And anyone in work now, can be disabled next week, car accident, stroke anything like this and hey presto an ATOS doctor will deal with you if they want you off incapacity benefit. I am an unemployed surveyor and this can happen to anyone, just get a bad deal in the lottery of life as outlined above and you could be next. As the UK Lottery states "it could be you".

THE DECISIONS ARE NOT INCORRECT FOR Atos AND CAMERON BECAUSE Atos DOCTORS PRESCRIPTIONS ARE SENDING THE NEAR DEAD BACK TO WORK = GREATER PROFITS FOR US.

THIS IS NOT ABOUT MEDICINE, CLINICAL NEED IS SECONDARY TO PROFIT, IT IS CAMERON'S FINAL SOLUTION. WHAT WILL IT BE NEXT? GAS FACTORIES AND XYKLON B? LOOK OUT YOU SMALL STICK ON MOUSTACHE DAVID.

Checkout Cameron's Nazi reforms and the abuse of the worst off in society.

Put the unemployed to work Mr Cameron building gas chambers, just like Hitler did in the occupied territories. The long term unemployed, those on incapacity benefit are the Lib Dem Tory usless feeders, the subhumans they want shot of. Yes there are scroungers in our society but they are not all scroungers. They cannot screw expenses, or bend the law to suit their ends.

Ghandi said, "the mark of nations is how they treat their poor, ill and disadvantaged". Robert Nozick would have been proud of these politicians.

Well just like Michael Moore's "Sicko" the insurance company doctor's wrote "condition not treatable" when it was. Her employers [the patients insurers] saved 100,000 dollars and the patient died. And one doctor appeared before Congress because she could not live with herself.

Atos are the same, save Cameron millions and genuinely ill people are forced to work, or suicide.

How many deaths have there been as a consequence Thierry?

Well Tom I agree with you but Cameron and Clegg are going to suffer from the boomerang effect at the ballot box. This is actually a form of murder no one can be charged for because heart attack and lung-disease victims are among those the firm have assessed as being well enough to look for jobs, and if any die it cannot be proved they died directly from Lib Dem Tory Policy.

They have a blanket policy because the more off the benefit the greater the profits. If Cameron wants to stop Alex Salmond in his tracks he is going about it in the wrong way. Where you get a benefit David you often always get a burden with it. Your policies are radical but too far. You will lose your bonus at the polls.

A government minister has refused to meet with an MP about her constituent suffering from breast cancer whose benefits have been cut.

Helen Goodman expressed her shock after employment minister Chris Grayling said he would not meet with her about the 43-year-old woman.

The Labour MP, who used to be a minister in the Department for Work and Pensions, told The Huffington Post UK: "It's not just the appalling way the benefits system is treating people like this at the moment, but also we used to have meetings with MPs if there were particularly hard or serious cases. If the ministers won't do that how are they going to know what's really going on."

Grayling: Refused a meeting over woman with breast cancer whose benefits have been cut

Goodman asked for a meeting about the woman, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in July 2010 and deemed fit for work by ATOS a year later, on Monday in the House of Commons. However her request was refused.

"He said no, we don't have meetings like that about individual cases, which just completely amazed me and another colleague that used to be a minister in that department. The reason they're not having meetings is they've made such a hash of the benefit reforms."

Chris grayling urges cancer sufferers to return to work asap as its better than a life on benefits.

Goodman, who claims her constituent's story is "not unique", is concerned about her constituent, who is in remission.

"My main concern is that she's not on the higher rate of benefit, their messing about has caused her a lot of financial problems and if you are in remission from cancer what you don't need is a lot of stress and anxiety."

The Bishop Auckland MP says her constituent' successfully appealed against being found fit to work in January 2012 but was put on Job Seekers' Allowance again by April 2012.

Her employer has held her position open but as the woman's doctor has not signed her off as fit to work after her cancer, she cannot yet re-employ for her job.

She suffers from panic attacks, depression and has had surgery restricting her mobility.

"The government have been very insensitive in their treatment of people with cancer. The introduction of the 365 day rule - which means you get your benefits cut off after a year, irrespective of your situation - this is particularly bad for people who are or have been seriously ill," she said.
=================================
Grayling's Atos wanting cancer victims at work, this is one of the reasons Thierry got his big bonus. How many hundreds of thousands more.

Even a woman with cancer is a free rider to Grayling and Atos. These two don't care, they care only about £.

Next if will be slave labour camps.

An Atos doctor has decided the outcome of your medical examination before the examination.

And before any taxpayer disagrees with me Cameron will destroy the NHS so if you have an illness you will die because you cannot afford medical services. I am unemployed and have paid taxes before but I love the fact I havd had my life saved twice from pneumonia by the NHS. In Cameron's UK I will be dead because there well be no NHS. The Atos private sector and Cameron will kill the NHS. The question is will we let him?

Yes Grayling avoiding individual cases because he wants to avoid being cornered. What a tosser.

They want people of benefits (and some should not be on them, that is true.) But remember they did not want the public knowing about their MP's expenses.

Here we have a contradiction, destroying welfare with a blanker policy and they would still be lining their bank balances plus their hugh salaries. Remember the expenses scandal, was the result of a leak not FOI requests.

http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2012/06/29/man-sets-fire-himself-birmingham-jobcentre_n_1637189.html?icid=maing-grid7|ukt1|dl1|sec3_lnk4%26pLid%3D115447

A 48-year-old has been hospitalised after setting himself on fire outside a Jobcentre in Birmingham on Friday.

The man supposedly tied himself to the building's railings and, after complaining about not receiving a payment, set fire to his legs.

According to the Birmingham Mail, police were able to get to the man and put out the flames, leaving him with burns to his legs.

One eyewitness told the local paper the the man came to the building with petrol and "made threats", causing the building to be evacuated.

The building has now been closed for the day, with staff dismissed and claimants told they will receive their payments without attending appointments.

While it has not been verified exactly what prompted the man to set himself alight, one eyewitness claimed it was to do with his benefit claim.

“He tied himself to the railings and tore open the bottom of his trousers. You could smell the fumes from the liquid he used, but the police arrived by the time he had set himself alight and they managed to put him out quite quickly," the anonymous eyewitness told the Birmingham Mail.

“He would have to have been very desperate to have done something like that.

“It’s shocking that somebody could have been driven to those depths.”

I wonder if he was put through Atos? Time will tell.

Our MP's suffer from that chronic condition called hypocrisy. They have their salaries and wanted expenses thereby benefitting from forced labour of the employed (according to Robert Nozick's entitlement theory) in this country and when the reality of the situation was leaked to the press they were furious they were caught. And they call the undeployed free riders, when many of the unemployed have lost their jobs because of a disaster they were not responsible for.

And the language, they are going to move the unemployed they call "socially excluded" to employed "socially included".

Just like Atos people are lepers because they are in some cases genuinley ill.

Years ago they sold of the utilities and the soring bills now are rewarding the Tories responsible for the sell of because they moved from government to the boards of the utility companies. They are destroying the welfare state to fatten their bank balances. Just like the boss of Atos.

Atos should be funeral directors and them they can make money out of the people they drove to suicide.

Guardian.co.uk, Tuesday 10 July 2012 21.00 BST

Advisers at the Aldershot Citizens Advice Bureau are increasingly concerned about the impact of the work capability test (Letters, 3 July) on some of our clients who are ex-soldiers who have been physically and psychologically damaged while serving their country in conflicts stretching back as far as the Falklands war, but more recently in Iraq and Afghanistan.

A number of our clients have been repeatedly called up for assessments and put on the work capability programme when they are clearly not fit to work. They have had their benefits reinstated on appeal, and then six months later have to appear for a further assessment. This harassment by the DWP has led to increases in self-harm and even suicide attempts by these men whose service in the forces has resulted in their ill-health.

It is a disgrace that we do not better support our veterans and that they have been left to the tender mercies of a system that cares nothing for their sacrifice and seems intent on punishing them.

The "doctor", a Gill Buchanan was so incompetent that she put under "Pregnancy Risk" that the client was MALE! My partner is most definitely female.

DWP requested and was given access to medical records before assessment carried out. Were not referred to in the 22 page report which was completed in about 10 (TEN) minutes. Alleged "doctor" missed an INO.

Checked with GMC register and have requested more details on "Dr" Buchanan.
