Supplementary Submissions from Scottish legal profession aim to kill LPLA Bill

Supplementary submissions put in by the Law Society of Scotland seem a little more than supplementary ...

The Justice 2 Committe of the Scottish Parliament have finished their evidence hearings - at least, for now - on the Legal Profession & Legal Aid (Scotland) Bill .. which aims to bring independent regulation to the legal profession in Scotland and end the current reign of terror of the Law Society of Scotland against members of the public.
