The Justice 2 Committe of the Scottish Parliament have finished their evidence hearings - at least, for now - on the Legal Profession & Legal Aid (Scotland) Bill .. which aims to bring independent regulation to the legal profession in Scotland and end the current reign of terror of the Law Society of Scotland against members of the public.
Check out the so called "Supplementary submissions" and read for yourselves, the organised attempt by the legal profession to kill the new legislation ....
